a guy bought an item from me

emailed yesterday to say he had bought totally the incorrect item and wanted a return

emeiled him to say thats fine

hes just messaged to say he has dropped the item and broke it so a return is not neccessary

i know what many people would (and have done)

The majority are still decent

could be worse. he could have sent it back to you in that condition. but still, there are decent people out there!

That happen to me! Some guy bought a glass desktop clock from me and he told me it was broken when he got it and wanted a refund!! I told him to send it back and I would!! I never heard anything back from him or no clock back in the mail!!

We should all encourage ethics and your buyer did the right thing by being honest. I would do the same with Eb ay/PP, but they screwed me for stupid reasons and now I'm back there screwing them over with false info. Anyway, I'm honest with my buyers so that's the main thing.
