Old eBay account from 2009
 

I've just been clearing up an old hotmail.com account and realised that I have an eBay account that I registered in March 2009 which I have done nothing with.

Is it worth turning this account into a seller account?

Its just a buyer account with no paypal attached. I've never bought or sold anything with it.

I've just logged in from a new windows user with a new IP and it asked me to verify with a CC so i've just used an Entropay VCC.

I'm not at the address listed anymore so I kinda is a stealth account

It should go up to 25 if you link a verified PayPal.

Just be careful selling on it right away. I remember reading a post on this forum about selling too fast on very old accounts, and how you'll be hit with limits no matter what you sell. Can someone verify this?
