ebay account limited Verify Identity?? only been going 4 days

Hi new account sold a few low priced items and linked to a completely verified Paypal

however ebay have sent me a verfiy identity limitation, within 4 days this account is all fresh address etc

they want ID utility Bill and receipts etc for stock

Im a sole trader can anyone shed any light on this as Ive done nothing wrong so it would be nice to get up and going again

whats a business certificate? no one has them I know off?

Actually you probably have done something wrong in the eyes of ebay....

They are re-acting to the lack of credibility of your account even with a verified paypal attached.

What do they want? Did they give you an actual suspension notice?

hi limitation notice, send id and some receipts Ive got all this but receipts have another address on?

it would be helpful to keep this account going as its totally fresh with verified paypal

As NoneOther is saying, they do not have another address on them.

But ebay are terrible for doing anything where ID is involved, as they seem to be set on you are guilty until proven innocent. They hold little value in any single member.

If it were me, I would try work out what it is that set them off as it may be something linked you or something about what you sell, or even who you compete with. Then once you know the answers start opening up other accounts
