Switching IP's
 

I have found that simply turning off my router and then back on again a little while later changes my IP address. Is this sufficient each time I log into a different account or do I need to actually log into my router and change setting like suggested in the guide?

In a word, yes. What you are doing is fine.

Just make sure you keep a log of all you ip's woody.

I assume just to make sure I never log into two different accounts under the same IP address but to use the same one to log into a single account more than once is ok?

Yes of course, shows you are likely to be the same person.
