Link bank account to EBAY?

Hi,

I've read that to stand any chance of getting eBay selling limits increased, I should link my bank account 'to my eBay account'. Several posters use that precise phrase; 'to your eBay account....'.

I can't find anywhere inside eBay to do add bank details. Do the people who say 'link to your ebay account' actually mean setup a bank account within PayPal? I'm confused...Which isn't difficult.

They mean that you should add and confirm your bank account in PayPal, then click on "Request higher selling limits" on eBay.
