Can you use post office online saver account for papal

I have tried but it didnt go through

The name on stealth paypal didnt match bank account name.

Does that matter

Perhaps you have just answered your own question.

On the assumption that everything else about your p/p account was set up correctly then from what you say it would appear that they don't.

Never used them but others may have experience of them.
