Hi, you have my sympathies, there are some real nasty buyers on eBay and not much is being done about them. The lengths some of them go to try and spoil your business is a testament to how bitter they are.

Take that stuff to power sellers unite and start shouting about it there, they seem to have a lot more trolls, and things do seem to get solved when the results are on there. and people may have some ideas of how to go over the head of the idiot on the desk.

I would also try shouting on the ebay boards, as the trolls on there are often the same people as on PSU

How did you complain the new button or the old contact through help

I bet theres hundreds of natural empaths on these boards over buyers like that cos its a situation thats meant to drive us nuts i think.

I recall about a dozen of them .. they buy stuff from 0 to about 6-8 max usually and do it to screw the account i'd feel.

The odd one is just a total plank, but most are psychokooks out to settle old scores thru one way or the other IMHO.

I've had success getting some negs off via phone .. and that csr has got to have a personal distaste for foul play and a brain that functions beyond eb guidebook REM. Otherwise they leave us in the crap as we know.

I've sometimes wondered if a few of these are caused by eb's own snides some of whom go a sort of borderline psycho if their moody lines in eb message dont work as desired and they start bunny boiling u.

Who knows .. that sites got more varieties of crypto-dysfunctionals than a eunuchs underpants after all.

Sorry to hear .. maybe try find a logic friendly soul on the phone or else just mop up and forget it ( if plop for brains with new accounts will let u )

Oh wow. I am so sorry to hear that.
Naturally, did you use the report buyer function? Anyone find that working? It just seems to be there for show.

i find the bast way to get feedback removed it leave really derogatory comment on there feedback and your own with a follow up comment.

Always works for me , they say you can get banned for it but i never have and only two never got removed out of about 30 in total over the years.

I reckon it is "the season" too... they all appear to be coming out to try it on in one way or another...
Bought one size but really wanted another so just send me other size, ta! (out of stock are more expensive)...
Had the "item not received" three times this week, always send recorded.. anyways, checking tracking, there are delivered and signed by the buyer(s)!!!!
One was trying it on from an item sent in September, bought 08Sep, posted 09Sep, delivered and signed 10Sep... by him!.. pointed this out and never heard again...

It is always worthwhile looking over their accounts before responding, as you say their feedback tells the story... I even found one on facebook once, with a picture wearing the item he said he had not received from me!.

eb ignored this feedback from me on the buyers activities.. it was fraud pure and simple....

Such is life on this platform, lets hope the tax man chases eb and pp as they suggest they "may" do with starbucks and amazon... all our payments on eb and pp at sent out of the UK to avoid tax... but we pay it on all we do!!

You should not have went through the feedback complaint system, that is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. You should have been to have him kicked for bypassing the blocked bidder list through using a second account.
But like everything with ebay you have to do it publicly if you want to see results, as they just ignore it otherwise.

But threatening is always a good method if all else fails.

I used to use the use the I buy stock in that area so will call in and discuss this face to face.

You will be surprised how little difference that makes when you're banging on their door.

I did actually used to buy stock from all over the country and followed it through once or twice.
