Confusing: create new PAYPAL account
 

My PAYPAL was limited access, and created another new PAYPAL accout, but limited again after 5 days due to link.

So I need to create another one, without any links with old PAYPAL account.

I am confusing to create pre-paid PAYPAL account, how? I went to ENTROPAY website, and I can't sign up.

I totally don't understand how pre-paid PAYPAL account works?

Here are my questions:
1. I am in UK, it seems Entropay website doesn't work. Any other webistes that work?

2. If I open a pre-paid account, should I sign up with my real infomation? If real information, is it possible to link with PAYPAL account?

3. I searched the ASPKIN, but still don't know how pre-paid PAYPAL works?

4. I know open a PAYPAL account, need a tel. number and a bank card. I think Pre-paid card can solve this problem, but how to vertify the PAYPAL account? I have two bank cards, but both were limited by PAYPAL. So how to verity the new PAYPAL account without any links? (no family or friends's accounts please)

Not sure why you can't register with Entropay, I have just checked the site and it is working okay.

What do you mean by "PREPAID PAYPAL" ?

I don't know why the OP keeps mentioning a 'prepaid paypal' account but there is no such thing. I think he is badly confused. The only accounts that can be closed in bad standing and then you can go prepaid is credit cards and wireless. Not Paypal. Read the Stealth Ebook OP

After reading Ebook, I had above questions.

I am a seller on Ebay, and I need to creat a new PAYPAL account with my personal details, is that possible? Today I went to the exchange de bureau and there was a premier Master card, does it work? I cann't find the 3V gift card.

My concerning is that does the pre-paid card can vertify my PAYPAL account and how can I withdraw money from this PAYPAL account?

In the UK only the addition of a bank account can verify your p/p and this is the only 'safe' way to withdraw funds.

Adding a prepaid card only confirms the address providing it passes AVS.
