bank account removed from pp
 

afternoon all

made a schoolboy error today on a new golden unlimited fully verified eb/pp account

added a bank to confirm when i set the account up a month ago

did a few sales and added a second (safer) bank account

i STUPIDLY neglected to remove the first one and PP have tried to take fees from it

ive had the email below, the account is ok so far (3 days)

the other bank is confirmed and now primary

what should i do ? im concerned about mismatching names obviously

ive had this happen before and its been fine...but its a great account

I had that too. I screwed my bank account.. but it was very unpredictable. I have been using saving accounts so those accounts could only take money in not out

So when i start selling with my new stealth account. I sold 5 items and earned 150. Those money have been hold by pp for 21 days.. 0 available 150 pending balance... suddenly customer have opened a case and want a return.. so i did it.. when i went to pp and clicked on transaction refund I havent noticed that refund will take 5-6 days.. because there is no sufficient funds on my acc. I have done it so quick that I havent noticed.

Customer is getting back to me saying why money are still pending ? I checked and I thought maybe because I have 21 days pending money so its reviewing it. After 5 days... I got this email that We have removed your bank account as we were unable to transfer your funds....




that was a good lesson....

not sure why you added 2 banks, as I would use only 1 and maximise my paypals.

the name may one day be seen on manual review and link you, but unlikely to hit you as of now...

id added a saver which i didnt realise that i was unable to withdraw from regularly

i added a normal account to offset this problem

We're u able to enter the same bank account back to account?

however ive added a booted back back to a pp with no problems previously (halifax saver)

Cool just one recently done same thing, will try an readd it

thats the thing, you can often withdraw to savers, I thought that, then I tried and it was fine, always worth a try first...

just re-added the saver which was booted and it went on no probs just need to readd the paypal verification again

when you add a bank card to pp can, if you remove it can you then add it to another pp?

double check doing that..... double check quickly.

You can, and after you add it to the next one you can add it to one more account before they will block it (so it will have been on three accounts in total). But don't be surprised when these accounts get linked and limited.

oh elijah i thought the message comes up that this card has already been linked ?

If you remove it each time then no. Only on the fourth account you will get the message that it has been linked to the maximum number of accounts.

Its worked fine, withdrew money from it too and I have no limits on the PayPal which were on it before :)
