Paypal account permanently limited :(
 

Hi everyone a newbie on this,

I have been permanently limited on my paypal account for about a year now, i made an accoutn when i was 16 around about now i'm 18.

Firstly i came up to the annual amount of recieving £1900 and then made another account so my account ge limited further etc..I know rather stupid of me.

Just wanting to know really does the eBay stealth book work for someone like me, who's just trying to make a new paypal account to start selling on eBay again.

Yes, it will help you. There are many people on here from the UK who needed to get back on eBay and PayPal and the stealth guide helped all of them. I am one of these people.
