New business account to lift limits

To lift limits from 25 for newish accounts it says become a business seller, haven't had to do this before, is it as simple as what it says? Will lift to 100 limit?

Changing to a business account is straight forward, however it does not automatically result in selling limits being raised immediately.

It all depends on their view on the account and more to do with what you are selling.
