UK royal mail tracked claims
how do you guys deal with lost items/items no signature and buyers says did not receive.
given you are stealth paypal, do you show the paypal transaction printout and
claim under ebay/paypal box on RM form, if so how to overcome the stealth issues.
or do you just send just any old receipt for similar amount and say it was a gift, and if so the buyer gets a letter with your name and address and saying what item was/or suposed to be.
also you need real name and accessible address on forum, in order to get compensation cheque ....
I only get a handful a year, but wondering others methods.. |
