MC019 twice

Hi read a few different threads about this. Received a MC019 on the 12th of this month and that was because i had an auction up where i used an android logo (was up for a good year) and suddenly got taken down with the MC019 warning.

Then today i had another MC019 warning saying i couldn't list for 7 days and all my listings have been taken down. I sell unlock codes and am very careful about doing so anything sent to the customer is out of ebay and i always word my messages well to act as if the items would be posted. Now all my auctions have been taken down and they have all been up for over a year so i take it someone reported me maybe.

The only other thing is i've seen 3-4 other sellers have theirs taken down to i was the 2nd highest ranked on one of the mobile brands out there and the guy above me has gone and 2 below me.

So what can i do is the question. Do i list again after 7 days not using any pictures ? Or do i wait ? I did list a few of the newer listings that got taken down around a week ago and they were for iphones and i was getting good sales. Any help would be appreciated.

You dont sell this stuff on this account again - best suggestion. Get other accounts going.

Realistically you should (try to) avoid listing on this account for a bare minimum of 90 days.

Leave it alone if possible. Account is damaged. Right at the moment ebay UK is going thro' a harsh regime of suspending accounts for what outright VeRo infringements.

You should get few another accounts for sales like these. Best option as rsot mentioned.

Cheers for the info i take it after that 3 month period i shouldnt list any more items like this ?

Yes dont list on this account again unless you get clearance - go for different accounts.

i have got one stealth account suspended on that day.. hmmmm

does eBay run some checks on 12th ?
