Paypal limited today

my paypal acc got limited today.
it is stealth with verified bank acc.
been ok selling for about 3 weeks not much money in about £80.00.
needs docs uploding.
what doc's should i send..

If you login to your PayPal account it will tell you what documents they require from you.

it is asking.
we need to conferm yor phone number match your address.
but when i go and click it is goes to add cards.i have already got a gard attached so i put a new one on and it says phone verification canclled..
then the option to upload docs.photo id utilty bill....

bank statement is ok too , instead of utility.
The UK account sellers are ok to pm too for this...
