90 day seller period gone still restriction?

Ok so i thought i play it safe and been listing few items and have been waiting for ebay themself to remove the 10 item and 650.00 pound allowance a month but nothing.

Its been over 100 days and im too much of a chicken shyt to click the increase selling allowance link as its a stealth ebay account ?

I have around 15 posotive feedbacks and been a member for over 100 days now.

Please kindly advice on the best step to take to increase the limit and amount.

;)

The fact that it's a stealth account makes no difference. If your PayPal account is verified then go ahead and click the link. You will get 25/£750...

Thanks Elijah.

But what exactly happens if i click that link and yes i am paypal verified ?

I dont want to talk to ebay on phone etc.

:faint: I end up swearing at them as they confuze me with their b.s english or might even catch me out haha.

kool.

You click the link and they just ask you to log into your PayPal account. Do that and boom, you get the higher limits. No "intervention" from eBay's abysmal customer service is required.

Good work that you were patient here. Now enjoy the rewards.

Report back too.

I am afraid you were wrong Elijah lol.

The process is that they send a letter !!!

Thank God it didnt auto send a letter out as i dont currently yet own the address im using but instead they have a request letter button.

Oh well now i know what step to take next.

peace.

lol sorry, I forgot all about that. It didn't used to be that way and was only introduced last year. The letter thing is quite random it seems. I have never had it.

This one of the reasons why some say that you need access to your address these days, since you can get curve balls like this.

Number of users who got this is under 10 according to my notes.

Rotten ebay. Consistently inconsistent.

No doubt.

Ebay will likely have some changes in 2013 so need to keep up to their game plan.

What surprises they will pull out this year lol.

The only time ive had "THE LETTER" thrown at me recently was on one that did not have a bank account attached .
Rest have been fine.

I've got the dreaded 10 items per month / £650 selling limit on my new ebay stealth account even though I've verified my Paypal account. Do I still have to wait 90 days before I can request a higher selling limit?

What will happen if after 2 weeks I've sold my maximum of 10 items and I request a higher selling allowance? Will they suspend me?

I dunno, I should just be patient or open a load of accounts so at least I could have 5 x 10 items per month selling limits for example....

NoneOther 01-20-2013 05:21 PM

Request higher limits and it will go up to 25 and £750 per month then it's all down to e/b what you get from then on.

johnnyleeds 01-20-2013 05:52 PM

i would rather be able to sell more than 10 items, do I have to wait 90 days before I can request a higher selling allowance? Thats what I wanted to know...

NoneOther 01-20-2013 05:53 PM

That's what I answered.

No you don't have to wait 90 days

If you have a verified p/p attached to e/b then you can request and get 25/£750 per month
