Default 21 day hold pattern

are you guys seeing any patterns. I just had an acc that had no holds and now it does...that is not normal for my accs

reason I ask is I do not pay much attention/notice the holds as I age and sell for first 3 months and they seem to go away...

usually I have under 20 dsrs and at 3-6 months when I have a look, they can sell without holds

but other day I had a 6 month one that had about 10 dsr and I sold some stuff in december on it - NO holds. Now suddenly I log in and the hold message is up on paypal...so I have listed some stuff on it and assume they holds happen.

Are the DSRs all good OOmp.?
Seems weird to reinstate them for no reason .
I had a head scratching moment yesterday .
Sold 3 items 2 went straight to 21 hold other cleared straight away.
1 that cleared was international sale so now wondering if theres a pattern to that also .
More trials needed.
Account is about 1 week old so ill test my theory.

oh, just realised that I got 1 neutral feedback on there....maybe that triggered it dammit - that may be the difference as I never got one before.

I have the hold message on my paypal account for the last month now, it is almost a year old paypal account, but i have been selling on it and receive the funds without holds on them.

UK users can bypass the holds very easily. I would never let the enemy keep my funds for 21 days, i got clubs to go to.
