Paypal keeps retuning ebay fees

hi..got the paypal account fully Verified no limits on it.
now had this 2 times from ebay.

MC027 Your PayPal account has been removed as an automatic payment method

there is funds to cover the ebay invoce in the paypal account,,
both ebay and paypal are stealth and 30 days old,

but not sure why this keeps happing any ideas, guys.

I had this once before a few years back when my card on file was due to expire (not the account no/sort code but 16-digit). Re-added it and was removed within a few days. As soon as my new card came through and it was added again, no problems.

Think it was something crazy like three months away but eBay didn't like it anyway.
