Im at a new address and Im now on the electoral register there... shall I verify paypal that way with the genuine details, which are unused or will the elect way link me to old address's which are suspended, its obv much easier done this way???

It won't link you but to be honest, if I could turn back time, I would never have wasted my legit details on eBay... stay stealth.

hi thanks for the reply i just cant afford to lose anymore bank accounts(BANKRUPT) and time so wanted it to run smoothly
