paypal said im re-instated but im not?
 

Hello everybody, im new here :)

I have read the stealth guide before and made a new ebay and paypal accoutnt.
yesterday got linked when rang to upgrade selling allowance from a 100.£3500

linked by old email to banned paypal account.

Now i got baned from my new ebay account and new paypal account.
But paypal have emailed this to me,

But i logged into that paypal account and it still limited and says cant be appealed just like the old banned one.

any idea whats going on?

And i take it im going to have to do all this new bank account stuff again?

so if im gonna get new bank etc, is it better to have 1 new paypal & ebay or as many ebay accounts as possible?

wont they all be linked tto same paypal though?
