Problem when paying with PP.
 

I'm trying to pay in online shop with unverified PP acount from paypal balance. But i when i proceed the payment i've got an message that there was a problem and to return to the merchandise. Why is this ? I've got the money before 1 day.

you ignored my advice in the previous thread so I am not surprised by this at all. id advise you to take a look through the thread again, read my posts you will see where you went wrong.

so, you're telling me that i have to get this account verified! Because i'm 100 % sure that there is no 21 days hold. No other of my previous accounts has it. I can verify that there is no this 21 days hold.

no. I was talking about my posts on spending money too soon. 1 day is not enough, not even close. wait a few days after you get feedback or delivery confirmation

you may be lucky enough to not get 21 day holds but I guarantee you that your country has nothing to do with it.

Elijah is right on about - and dont keep trying, you will become limited since PP keeps track of your attempts.
