Can somebody give me a bit of advice. My seller rating fell below standard but Ive managed to sort it out. The review date is either today or tomorrow. The problem is that I checked my DSR today and the opened case stat is highlighted in red even though it is only 0.57 percent and you cant go above 1 percent. Can any body shed any lights on this as this will truly appreciated as ebay are now doing my head in. Thanks

0.50% is the threshold for TRS, 1.00% is Above Standard

But I normally have it as above standard but doe it normally be highlighted red because I was assuming it only done this once above 1 percent.

You are probably looking at the TRS criteria, try changing the tabs at the top
