Monthly Seller Evaluation
 

I received my monthly seller evaluation today, however i received 1 case on this account in June 2012 from a buyer.
This case is now effecting THIS months seller evaluation.

Am i missing something here...:brick:
as it is definitely more than 3 months ago, and did not effect my previous months of evaluation :doh:

Evaluation period is based on number of sales over 3 or 12 months.

Yours is obviously over 12 months

The last few months i haven't had this effect my monthly evaluation.
Have i done something to make it change to 12 months?

As I said it's normally based on number of sales/transactions.

To be evaluated over 3 months you need to have had over 400 transactions during that timeframe i.e. the last 3 months.

If you have'nt then it will revert to 12 months and include all DSR's and opened cases for the last 12 months.

Check your dashboard, it explains the criteria for each evaluation period.
