can i still use business name on ebay as user id?

hi,,

registerig new ebay and paypal account today, can i use my company name as user id still? and have the about me page to my website?

obviously slightly change the ebay id.

also quick question can hide my ip address sites work for ebay as i cant seem to change my ip address as im with sky.
