Has anybody used PayPal's website payments pro under stealth? And does it work.

I am just wondering because there is an application process for this type of account much like a real merchant i think so i am wondering if they do proper checks etc.

While I have not used this system, you can BET that when you processing payments, you will be asked for ID sooner or later for business tax reporting purposes.
