paypal premier business account

hi..on a stelth account i listed a item buy it now no problems about 2 month ago..
today went to list 20 items buy it now on ebay and it will not let me..
canot buy it now till i upgrade to premier or business account..
anyone know why...or how to get around this..

when i click the link it only takes me to buissness account..

You might need to phone them.

the link takes you to the buissness but when you click it you got the buissness and prem option...so you can click 1 and carrie on.....
