paypal withdraw problem????
 

I have a problem withdrawing the funds that I have in my Paypal account to my Bank Account. When I try withdrawing the funds to my bank account, Paypal's withdraw page will only refresh. Nothing happens at all, no errors shown. I tried different browsers. Last month everything worked fine and I m using paypal several years and it always worked fine. Has anyone else encountered the same problem, and how did you solve it? Thank you!

What OS are you using?

Have you cleared your cache etc, signed out, signed in?

Is this paypal UK? I ask as there's something going on with paypal USA....

its uk paypal, i have tried everything,clean the cookies,change the browser, even try different computer, also i call the bank but the bank said there nothing they r stopping.i search on google there was the same problem last year
