Anyone had issues posting to Russia - how long have yours taken?
 

Posted an item to Russia using RM airmail signed for on 26/2/13, buyer is claiming not receipt, all the tracking on the RM website says is:

YOUR ITEM HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY

Your item, posted on 26/02/13 with reference RU*********GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

Is there much i can do about this, or am i going to have to issue a reimbursement, i have never had problems posting to Russia in the past and its never taken more than 45 days!

I used to deliver to Russia but two months after the holidays I received like 20 item not received all from Russia

Not sure there is anything you can do to fight the claim as you cannot prove the item has been delivered.

Have had glitches with Russia. ( Luckily off ebay)

Issue is that RM often shows that type of info.

Item sits 'backed up' for simply ages without as much as an update.

My best, if you can say that, was 11 weeks delivery time. It was off ebay and the buyer understood.

It was off eB? Not sure I am seeing that info there GB.

Anyhow about the postage, Will you dont have much to fight off a non-receipt. Might have to just eat this one and move on - need a better shipping service to post to Russia.
