Help with stealth account
 

I never made stealth acc in UK but i have 1 now and also i have uk bank acc and already made ebay+paypal. i do not understand 1 thing:

About the paypal verifying procedure. When you have registered paypal in UK you have two options to verify your identity: add Credit Card or add Bank account. But only adding bank account lifts the limits. To add bank account there is few steps involved: first step is to enter bank details by hand (easy step) second step is paypal creates a direct Debit form and sends you to bank internet page to sign the document.

After signing the document bank verifies the document (takes up to 3 days) and returns to paypal, then paypal takes your identity(name and address) from the document. So no document sending is involved to lift and verify your details? In this case means that impossible to make stealth account because paypal gets the name/address from the bank?

Or maybe I misunderstand something?

You are misunderstanding the process.

Adding bank and confirming deposits, verifies the account. Verifying removes all the limits apart from the receiving limit.

To lift receiving limit, assuming the details are stealth, you need to send in documents to paypal.

I have not seen this done for UK pp - you just enter the amounts deposited or the 4 digit code generate - the bank wont sent a document or so.
