Ebay fees

I will be listing a few household items on my stealth account, in the unlikely event none of them sell how do I go about paying my eb fees if my PP balance is zero? Do I use a vcc through EB or attatch it to PP?

You use the VCC on eB and do a 'One Time Payment' of seller fees BEFORE eB tries to take money from your PP account

Never use paypal for your fees on any account....

Never give paypal the right to touch a bank account

Do I add the vcc on file with ebay or as you say click on one time payment & then onto pay with credit card?

You add the vcc on file with eB AND use it to do a one time payment - works fine both ways - looks nice and secure to eB.
