hello,
i wonder is there any difference creating ebay stealth acc and make it business at the beginning or keep it private all the time. Any effect on the limits?
Why keep it private or why make business advantages and disadvantages.

let say i need 150 items and 3000gbp per months. that is enough.

i have heard that if you make business ebay acc as soon as you create it and when you link bank acc to paypal you can gain limits such as 100items/3000GBP per month immediately. private acc perhaps will not get such limits so fast. and for me time is money. i also heard that ebay can ask the documents proof the items you sell on ebay are from authorized dealers but i can not get such documentation and than acc can be suspended. so that is way i am do not know make it business or keep it private. if i keep it private i think i may get slower those limits but i will not be asked documents from ebay.

when you say documentation you talk about proof of address and ID of the owner of paypal? That i have.

You can be asked for documentation at any time from ebay or paypal regardless of what type of account is held.

This is not the norm. Most business accounts will start out with the same limits as personal accounts.

mabey, but i already know and experienced, i had private acc and limits was being lifted very very slow. i had business paypal account and ebay after 4 positive stars i got limits from 10 items to 50 items and from 600gbp to 3300 gbp in 2 weeks with business. with private 3 month 10/600 than 20/900 and etc.

Private accounts can just as easily be asked for invoices etc as business accounts can.

When you're sitting with a BIN listing of 10 new items, it wont make the slightest difference whether the account is private or business, they can ask for invoices.

If you're planning on shifting a lot of stuff, you're acting like a business so best to register as one.

most personal eby accounts ve seen created latley have total limit of 100 items for 3500gbp.

Business go further.

Spread sales over multiple accounts - dont aim for just one account regardless of limits given
