Is there any way of opening a PayPal account after being banned I have a uk PayPal I've tried every think when I get a new bank account it bans me again

You need the Stealth Book then you can make many accounts

If/when you learn the correct methods, you should be able to join the others on this forum who have made stealth accounts.

Such a shame that you could have used all those new bank accounts by going stealth.
Like others suggested,once you get banned,the only way is STEALTH.
