The Dreaded Letter

Dear All.

In March, for only the second time I got the dreaded "We'll Send You A Letter" message from eBay when trying to increase limits on a new account from 10 to 25.

For obvious reasons I didnt click confirm so the letter was never sent.

My question is this .... Im trying to determine if this letter confirmation is becoming more and more frequent or was I just the one of the 10% unlucky ones.

Check the flags, its for UK ebay, not .com-US.
