New ip, new address ,new debit card new pre-paid card new pc account.

Am I now set up to go to make a stealth PayPal or am I missing something ???

New stealth name and DOB, new bank account ideally and new phone number.

What's with the debit card?

Why are you using that?

Not a wise idea to use the bank issued debit card because its address will differ from the stealth account info.

What type of paypal are you making
Names DOB sorted too?
Are you making sure you are a new you?
Few tweaks needed yet.

Thank you for your reply. What sort of card Do I need to use for a stealth account I thought that PayPal couldn't find out your name and so on? With out having premisson from you or your bank?

The debit card from the bank will not match the address of the stealth account.

For that reason we recommend using a VCC & as a layer of protection we suggest to not use a bank issued card ( with real info) for protection.

The VCC used correctly does the job.

Ah I see so shall I use a pre-paid card to with draw cash? And also were will I get the 2 bank deposits?

Use a service like entropay, or pay a VCC from one the forum sellers.

The two deposits will go into the bank account that you register to the PP. Make sure you bank allows mismatching name deposits. Lloyd's have an issue with it.

You will also need to ensure that PP never need to withdraw money from your bank account, so ensure you always have enough funds in there to cover fees and refunds.

You need to attach a bank account to get the deposits.

Not usual to withdraw to a vcc. VCC is used to confirm paypal account.

Be careful what bank you use

For the VCC does there need to be a specific balance or limit?
