RECEIVED 2 x MC019 and with Second Once MC198 INI ....
 

Hi everyone;

Basically im being genuine and was selling VERO items on my actual account (not stealth) and my account is around 6-7 years old fully verified with real details and over 1000 positive feedbacks 0 negative feedbacks.

On account theres never been Ebay or Paypal cases against it at all never any dispute or anything with any buyers.

The account is Powerseller Silver Status and Top Rated Seller account.

Now whats my next step would be from experienced people view?

My seller dashboard it says

Avoid violating this policy again and your account will be clear of this violation after xx-Nov-13

So is this mean that if VERO items are court selling again in this account once the violations drop will it be treated as first, second etc? like will it be refreshed?

What road would be best for me?

I also have another account which is genuine account same with Top Rated Seller No Limits over 150 positive feedbacks and not linked with this account and in the meantime i can use this account to sell but i prefer to use my older account as listings gets higher in the BEST MATCH for some reason. Like if i list 2 same items on 2 different accounts older account sells much much quicker.

I await to hear from you soon. Once again appreciate some help and information.

Now that you got hit with a violation be very careful , you now have an eye watching your account , so rather than just being monitored by a computer it is possible that ur account Is being looked at manually which is never good. You should probably lay off the vero selling on that account and just sell on the other account for a while. Also you should start to make multiple stealth accounts and spread your sales out. Now that your account has been tagged it will always be looked at closer. It's better to spread everything out over multiple accounts with no links . If everything is in one you risk your entire business being shut down at once.

Also if both accounts are in your real information they are linked. Best advice would be to get the ebay stealth guide and begin making many stealth accounts the last thing u want is all your sales to stop leaving you with nothing which is almost a 100% chance when operating on ebay with one account.

From the list of Ebay Vero companies the make i sell is not listed and also apparently the Vero person according to ebay is solicitor acting behalf of this company. The solicitor based in US and my listing was Worldwide including US and my question is can this Vero Owner remove listings that is advertised Ebay.co.uk or Ebay.de etc...

An IP rights holder (VerO) does not have to be on any ebay list of any country.

If the company has provable rights to the item, they can request its removal at any time.

These lists on ebay are not the total number of VeRo companies at all.

Do not be fooled thinking they are.
