eBay fee not paid as PayPal account limited

I reached my £1900 limit in PayPal and am in the process of getting the necessary docs to them to get the account going again, but in the meantime e eBay have tried to take a monthly fee payment and it has been rejected.

What can I do?

you will have to pay by card or direct debit.

when you click the pay now button you will be given the options.

Pay your fees using a vcc.
