Default Logging into ebay

Is anyone else having a problem logging into ebay.co.uk?

I keep entering my username and password and it keeps looping asking me to enter it in again

I have tried a few other accounts and they are fine, i just wondered if it was a problem with one of there servers

No issues for me. Are you sure you have the username and password correct, may be worth double checking

Have you tried a different browser? Maybe a cookie problem. I had same problem last night with a .co.uk login...gave me cookie error - I closed the browser and used the same one (IE) and no problems after.

Hi Bunneh,

Yes, I've experienced this very thing several times on a few accounts. Not sure what the issue is exactly, but may well be cookies as rsot suggests.

Interesting note - I would think that the browser would just give the message 'Working offline' or so...unable to reach page

Not with some UK dongles. Often not even the working offline message happens. Just the going around in circles, and round, and round.

Have this on some non-eBay UK sites too

Whenever I use a stealth account on a stealth IP, I always have to log in twice, it even shows "recently viewed items" on first log in but then it makes me log in again when I click anything.

Known little glitch on eBay UK - I have had this...I have also had long loading times (of course comes from using dial-up)

Was told they 'ESCALATED' the problem, but you know what ebay chat is like..

Try having the password reset, may work. If not, try logging in on a different browser.
