DDI Cancellation

Hey guys..

I got this email from PayPal... can anyone explain what this is for? I only added my bank account the other day..

We attempted to cancel our Direct Debit Instruction (DDI) from your bank account ending in 9486.

The transaction was declined during our processing.

Therefore, to protect your account, access your online banking and cancel the DDI yourself. You can also call or visit your bank to do so manually.

We look forward to continuing to offer you the number one way to send and receive money online.

It looks like PayPal think that you requested the DD to be cancelled.
If you only added your bank the other day it could be that no DD was set up at the time of PayPal attempting to cancel it.
Wait a few working days and check with your bank to see if you have a DD setup with PayPal.

This happens after a savers account is added. Rejection notice

Most savers will accept a ddi
If you ADD then REMOVE the ADD the savers from paypal, its normal.

However

It appers the dd was added to your bank account and paypal cannot remove it...So do as they say if you want to remove the ddi, log in to your bank and add it there.

Without a DDI, your PP account will have a red flag next to it in the account profile, whre it shows your bank detials.

In my experiance the red flag seems to make no difference to your account streanth over time.

Already for your UK account?

deebee80 06-23-2013 01:27 PM

okay i m a little unsure about what to do to fix this problem, i take it i do need the bank account to be linked to PayPal via direct debit right?

I have no idea what you are talking about mate?

I don't think i want to remove the DDI.. i need a DD setup for a stealth right?

And there is nothing i can change logging into my online banking as far as i can tell.

At the end of the day... will my PayPal account work as it is like this? or will it cause issues for stealth?

I've verified my account, i am just waiting for the docs to be put through to lift limits.

I asked if this happened with your own account.

I am aware of your experiments.

So, have you had an issue with your UK bank account (yet)? Be sad if it actually had happened.

:tears:
