Hi I have listed an item on a 30 days listing but would like to find out how to add best offer.

There is a small tick box just under where you enter the price (on advanced listing)

How do you require immediate payment on a listing with best offer option when the buyer chooses buy it now? If BIN only, there is a tick box for require immediate payment, but it disappears when I add best offer.

Cannot have both, simply would not work to have a best offer and need immediate payment.

I know it can be done because, well, I have a best offer listing, and this retard tried to remove my listing by pressing buy it now and not paying. He has listed the same item as me, also with best offer, so I thought I would give him a taste of his own medicine, except he has managed to require immediate payment.

yes it can be done, the immediate payment will work only on the BiN price, not on an offer.
you just need to look over where is your paypal address shown when you setup a listing, there are options to add and you just need to tick it there.
