I just used an MS excel sheet with a formula to be honest works for me as I only usually list in a handful of categories so know the ending eBay fees for them and PP is fixed anyway regardless (as far as I know)
Its a useful thing to create as this way you can see you profit per item you list after all fees/ P&P etc.
The PayPal calc is...as I have it.... total selling price of item/100*3.4+£0.20
So basically what ever the selling price is divide it by 100 then times it by 3.4 (to get 3.4% of the total selling price then add £0.20. This should make the total PP charge.
