What happens if I don't lift limits
 

Today I found out about the £1650 limit. Why do they say the limit is £1900 if it's actually £1650?

I actually want to take a break from selling for a year or so, I guess I won't ever be able to sell with this account again, but don't really care.

However I may still want to buy, so if I don't do anything for 133 days, will I still be able to buy on ebay?

you can wait for the EU limit to reset at year mark, but only if the request for lifting has not yet been sent to you.

once the EU notice is sent to you, you have to comply or risk limitation

you can always still buy, but again only if your paypal still going...

At £1650 they warn you about the limits.

You can still buy as the limit relates to receiving and not sending. If the account does get limited you'll need to supply docs.

You can continue to buy on that account still. Limit is only for receiving.

This is one I've missed-

So basically don't receive more than £1650 or they will request info (giving you time to supply it before you hit £1900 I guess)

Once they have requested this info, the amount will not reset each year meaning that that paypal account is now destined to be limited forever once you hit £1900.

If you stop receiving money before £1650, the figure will be reset annually so you can then start again.

Solution- be prepared to supply info or spread sales over enough stealths so that each one individually never exceeds £1650 annually.
