if I made couple of paypal stealth accounts, added vcc such as entropay into it. how do I transfer the paypal funds?

No not that I know of in the uk. Attach a bank account for withdrawals and you're good to go

VCC is used to pay fees, buy things and confirm the PP account.

if I was to have 10 ebay and paypal accounts, I would need to attach banks to withdraw money. how woud I get 10m bank accounts?
because if I use the bank again, wont it link to other accounts?

If you have 10 PP then yes ideally you would have 10 bank accounts to go with them.

Open them over time and you will have no issues.

Dont use the same bank account on more than 1 PP. It would cause a link

For withdrawal in UK roger, only bank can be done. You can spend and buy things to spread the money but I indicated on an earlier thread of yours to share some of your previous experience - these kind of questions seem to indicate that you have not worked with eB/pp before...

For an account registered from Latvia, withdrawal to Entropay VCC works.

nope, when i expand i plan to utilize the many perks of having a latvian paypal and ebay account. kids simply cant just churn out bank accounts without questions being asked.

Create a Latvia account, get a dedicated latvia IP, latvia address, sell your products internationally (bearing the fact that this products sell well in UK). Pretend its been shipped from latvia. Withdraw to entropay and spend in UK
