need help setting up a new ebay account and paypal account
 

hello i already have a stealth paypal account which i logged into on this computer once using my home broadband

i am now wanting to open up a paypal account and ebay account

but i only have one computer

i also used my home broadband on my phone to access my current paypal account

please help

So you are asking how to make another set of stealth accounts in the easiest way?

You mention you have only 1 computer - that's fine, you can operate with one computer and have multiple windows accounts for each stealth account.

But what about your IP? Is it dynamic or static? If you can't control changing your IP you must use a dongle or tethering method. You must first solve your IP issues before moving forward.

so all i need is the dongle and a new windows account and im all good to go ?

You also need to Log each IP change between accounts.

Yes amongst other things that need to be taken care of, of course! Re read the stealth guide as many times as you need to go forward. It details all steps needed and will answer the questions you have asked.

You also need ALL new registration info - address, phone number, etc...your goal is to make this new PP account UNLINKED to any old ones you have...

Need to be a totally new person, new name, DOB, cookies, IP, address ect

Also need to log all of the IP addresses if you are going to use multiple stealths.

The questions you are asking are quite elementary and can be found within the two resources.

I have as many as 40 of my sellers accounts on one computer and never an issue.

You must have skipped the user account and ip section. Go back over the book and spend more time here reading, do not make anything until you understand user accounts and ip addresses first.
