On my ebay stealth account it is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address how does a buyer return a item as the address wont be real?

Also buying items with stealth account will be sent to wrong address.

can anyone explain

If your worried about returns then you need to look into a PO Box in order to make sure a return is sent to the address you have access too, same goes for buying.

Simply use a PO box, or rentable mail box at a storage facility. Mail forwarding services are also available.

when i get a new bank account for paypal dont the paypal address have to match the bank address for withdrawal

No pp doesnt worry about bank address.

Technically, the only address that should match up is a) the credit card address (for AVS check) and b) the eB account info (logically should match up).

But when bank is added I shouldn't use it to add funds only withdraw correct?

That is correct, as long as the bank allows mismatch name deposits.
