How to sell without a bank acc on PP

I want to open a EB selling account & PP account, get it up & running then attach a bank account later on down the line in a few months. Normally I open a PP account, add a bank account & then add a entropay card. Can someone tell me how would I go about doing this?

You can open a Paypal account with just a VCC but the account will be unverified.

Selling with an unverified paypal, whilst do-able can be problematic and risky. In addition you will have the sending and withdrawing limits to deal with as well as the receiving limit.
