Spoke to accountant - major advice needed
 

I visited an accountant today to discuss some things. I have 2 new niches that I am about to make a run at on ebay and own websites.

After discussing things I feel that 2 separate limited companies would be best. I wish I could still be a sole trader but I am hovering around the vat threshold now.

If I have 2 limited companies I get 2 brand new vat thresholds too work towards.

Now the part where I need device may be tricky.

I have 2 business eby accounts that are power sellers and are absolutely perfect! Great dsr and selling limits.

The thing is both of these accounts are stealth. I don't have access to the addresses but that is not a problem because I can easily rent 2 mail boxes.

I am hoping that usinga mail box is ok in this instance?

Also wht can be done bout the stealth names and details?

Can I use business names instead of surnames etc?

Can I change business names in both of the ebay accounts?
