PP limited / confirm your bank account

My PP has been limited & it is asking me to confirm my bank account amongst other things, but my account is already fully verified? I have already added a bank account & a VCC. There is an alternative where it says confirm credit card but when clicked it asks for my credit card details again & states on the next page is the phone verification process, can someone tell me what this is?
