Charge back and withdrawals

Hi ive had my stealth account for nearly a year and with steady trades, naturally my withdrawal time is now 2 hours on every transation for the last 4 month.

Some scammer recently issued a chargeback and it is now in the process ect in my resolution centre. My withdrawal time is now 72 hours... is this a coincidence or is it cause and effect?

well it has got to be cause and effect.

paypal accounts being 'checked' have usual normal activities like bank transfers go slower.

paypal is in protection mode.

A chargeback usually will lead to limitation - quite normal - time to resolve it.

That is what the OP stated.

This is in the Resolution Centre now.

Action is going on regarding his hassles.

Until he gets the outcome, he can not resolve anything, because he does not have more info, does he?
