Default Receiving payments as a service

I know that I may not be protected if I receive payments as a service.

What happens if a buyer files a "non-receipt" or "SNAD" claim? Whose side will paypal take?

Any suggestions?

Sorry if this is a repeated question, but I searched around the forum and could not find what I was looking for.

I'm asking because this just happened to me, again. And I want to know if there is a chance to beat Paypal and this guy who is trying to scam me.

More importantly, this account has my real information. Not a stealth account.

please

depends what service and what proof on each side...alot/most snads go in favour of buyer
anyway but there is always returns element with tangibles.....try and invoice the buyer with a detailed note, and have proof of the service provided....

Paypal will tend to favour the buyer unless you can PHYSICALLY show proof as a seller that services were done...that is tough to do.
