Since when did paypal uk let you withdraw from a limited paypal ?

I had several cases on my paypal which I won all of them .Checked my paypal today which has been limited for around 2 months and I had got my funds back from the buyers and it just let me withdraw them .:confused:

Normally it has been 180 days in general - perhaps because you won your cases, you were allowed to withdraw after 45 days (a rare event but known to occur)

The last case I won was only around 10 days ago but it is still limited .The account was 2 plus years old fully verified. When I go to remove this limitation and it tells you what you can do when limited it has a tick next to withdraw your money but has a cross next to receive money .

Looks like they have not stopped you from withdrawing money, and have a rolling reserve on the account.

Not had a rolling reserve for a very long time myself.

This account is limited, but not fully. You cannot send or receive money, but you will be able to withdraw the full balance minus the reserve.
