Please review my stealth accounts so far..
 

So far I have 2 accounts (purchased).

I've got my head around the IP address part and I have the spreadsheet set up.

I've been browsing and placing auction bids, adding things to my watch list etc..

Each Paypal had £2.40 in it when I logged in.

Account 1: Purchased 2 x £1 items (2 feedback)
Account 2: Purchased 1 x £1.40 item (1 feedback)

I have 2 different mail forwarding addresses set up (not checked they work yet though).

Just waiting for Entropay to be set up.

Is there anything else I should / could be doing? I could send money from the bank account attached to the PayPal to enable me to buy more items, or just wait to get the VCC set up with EntroPay.

Feel like I'm missing something.. :confused:

You'd be proud GB, I made the file earlier :) lovely little thing it is too lol.. Even got a big filing cabinet arriving tomorrow to store everything in!

Had a message on my account earlier, due to my eBay.com below standard rating, I have some sort of hold on all the payments for a certain amount of days.. Not a major disaster, but another kick in the teeth. Starts October 14th apparently, not sure if that's a new thing for UK sellers?

I could kick myself for not sorting out the log in issue I had with eBay.com, and they even admitted it was a known issue... 3 cases out of around 500 and all this hassle, I'll take more care in future.

I'll be patient, you'll hunt me down if not!

Just on purchases going to the USA I'm guessing (hoping), so only 5% of my business, most goes to UK and Australia..

Take steps to have orders protected as needed...tracking, signature confirmation, etc.

It's not really possible, the orders are small and tracking in the UK is really expensive for International shipments. I think that's part of the problem, ebay.com presume we are using the same shipping costs in the UK as in the USA, but here it's really expensive to ship using a tracked method.

I'm just going to make sure I have no cases against me for ebay.com and gradually it'll be sorted, I'm estimating 1 year though until it's back to normal.

I see - well the use of VCC is better - dont reach into your bank account, as others have stated

Why are you buying accounts when it is so easy to do yourself? Like simple and straight forward!

What uk mail forwarding do u use?

I just start selling slowly from 0 feedback, can't ever buy on my stealth accounts as no access to address.

I just googled a few, loads out there, I think £8-10 per address seems the going rate.. Plus costs for them to forward to you.. GG
